All transactions are handled via one-time cryptocurrency payments through NOWPayments.

Our templates are delivered digitally via an automatic email process once payment is confirmed. Because these are digital items that cannot be physically returned, ExtraHeads does not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after a working template link has been successfully delivered. A working link grants immediate access to the instructions, skills, and routines that constitute the product.

Delivery is automatic but not instant. Once NOWPayments reports the payment as finished, the template links are emailed automatically to the address provided and shown on the return page.
